The AOC Agon Pro AG276QZD is consistently one of the cheapest, proper OLED gaming monitors you can buy, if not the cheapest full stop. It doesn't compromise on features at all, and it's packed with little extras that, combined with its fantastic gaming performance, means it's a decent value option if you're after a pure gaming display. However, as with other displays that use LG WOLED panels, its text clarity isn't great and its max brightness isn't either, so it's not the best for work, especially in brighter rooms.

If the AOC AG276QZD was priced around £700-800, we'd say it was lacking a few features and the build quality could be better. At the current price of just 500 quid however, it is a highly compelling option for anyone looking to get into the world of OLED monitors.

For a daily office and work monitor, it does suffer from a few quirks, as do many OLED panels, but with this one being so extreme in terms of brightness and refresh rate, it seems a little more prone than less-extreme panels. However, when it comes to gaming, nothing else comes close, it’s an absolute weapon of a monitor that excels in absolutely everything gaming related.

The AOC Agon Pro AG276QZD may not be a perfect monitor for productivity or creators, but it’s an exceptional gaming display. It offers rich colors that shine through with extreme vibrance and contrast, letting the atmosphere of game worlds really come through. It’s also exceptionally smooth, making it just as great for esports games as it is for big-budget story-focused games.

It’s hard to ignore the AOC Agon Pro AG276QZD’s $200 price advantage over its direct competition. Aside from lower HDR brightness, it delivers the same performance and experience as its counterparts from Corsair and Asus, with a very colorful image and next-level motion processing.

While it’s expensive and I wish I had a better calibration tool for it, I’m hooked on the OLED AGON Pro AG276QZD. The combination of rich color, incredible inky blacks, and crystal clear motion makes it a real treat for gaming. It performs great in fast-paced FPS titles like Battlefield 2042 but also looks incredible in racing and narrative games as well.
