Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless

The Momentum 4 is Sennheiser’s most complete set of headphones thus far. The company improved its ANC performance so it matches up better with the outstanding sound quality that was already a staple of the Momentum line. Conveniences like Sidetone, automatic pausing and Sound Zones make your life easier, but besides stellar audio, the main attraction here is the battery life.

An excellent pair of wireless headphones that deliver a balanced, neutral presentation, long battery life and very good noise cancellation. All-round performance is excellent – in some areas, even class-leading – but some may find the lack of style over the previous model disappointing.

The Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless headphones deliver a wonderful audio experience and high-quality active noise cancellation at a fittingly high price.

Aside from the improved comfort, there’s little incentive to upgrade if you’ve got a pair of Momentum 3s: the sound is similar, both headphones have convenience features like multipoint, and there are elements of the older headphones that I prefer — build quality for sure. But I suspect that even if the company’s longtime customers view this as a sudden, unforeseen shift, Sennheiser’s reshuffled priorities might end up making the fourth-generation Momentums the most successful pair yet.

Great sound and industry-leading battery life means the Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless should be on any ANC headphone shortlist.

We're big fans of the trick Sennheiser has pulled with the Momentum 4, bumping up its features but cutting down the price - albeit to a still pricey level. They're fabulous headphones for those who want excellent, balanced sound with solid ANC and battery life that they can rely on all week.
